Touring & Applying
- How can I schedule a tour?
- You can schedule a tour by calling (281) 558-2898 during office hours: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Saturday 10 AM–5 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended to ensure availability.
Leasing
- What are the requirements to apply for an apartment?
- We require a monthly income of at least three times the rent, valid ID, and three months of pay stubs. No prior evictions or broken leases are allowed, though a third-party cosign program may be considered. We do not accept Section 8. Contact the office for full details.
- Do you offer emergency maintenance?
- Yes, West Oaks Landing provides emergency maintenance services. Residents can call the office for urgent repairs. Routine maintenance requests are addressed during regular business hours.
Fees & Deposits
- What fees are associated with renting?
- There is an application fee (contact office for current amount) and a security deposit that varies by layout, with current specials possibly reducing the deposit. No administrative fees. Please visit the leasing office for exact figures and any specials.
Pet Policy
- Is West Oaks Landing pet-friendly?
- Yes, West Oaks Landing is pet-friendly. We allow dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per household. There is a deposit-based policy including a one-time fee and refundable deposit. Please ask about any breed or weight restrictions.

- What amenities are available?
- Our community features a gated entrance, pool with sundeck, fitness center, tennis court, business center/clubhouse, and on-site laundry. Apartment homes include washer/dryer connections and walk-in closets; select units have fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.

- Yes, there is an on-site fitness center at West Oaks Landing. Additionally, the community is near well-reviewed fitness options like Houston Colosseum Academy and Vie CrossFit, offering residents convenient access.
